I stayed in one of the Privilege Club rooms, and it was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and had a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, which was very convenient. It was a perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The General Manager and the office staff, along with the restaurant and room service, were the highlight of my stay. They even helped me change rooms to a higher floor, which was greatly appreciated.

The location was excellent, close to the Ostrava city center and within walking distance to many attractions such as Radniční Tower, Stodolní, and convenient tram connections to Bolt tower and shopping mall Nova Karolína.
